Role description
In this role, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end event planning, including preparation for the event and follow-up after the event is complete. Additionally, you will create supporting sales documents to support the sales team in converting prospective customers within specific regions.
As a member of the US Marketing team, you will contribute to multiple projects and work closely with Sales and Leadership to ensure events are executed effectively and represent NumWorks' brand consistently. This role requires managing various tasks simultaneously and coordinating across multiple departments.
Event Planning
You will be responsible for end-to-end event management, including registering as an exhibitor, designing and managing booth logistics, creating and producing swag materials, packing and shipping materials to event sites, coordinating on-site execution, and developing follow-up campaigns to nurture leads.
Local Sales Materials
You will work with the Math Teacher in Residence team to identify regional opportunities for sales materials. Based on these opportunities, you will develop content and collaborate with the design team to produce materials that support sales conversion in specific regions of the United States.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in event planning or marketing project management.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects independently.
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to track outcomes and improve performance.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to varied responsibilities.
- Excited by the variety and scope that comes with a smaller, growing team.
- Bonus: Experience in education, EdTech, or trade show planning.
