The pay range for this position is $65,000-$75,000. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
Job Purpose
The Zone Inventory Manager is responsible for defining and creating the standard warehouse and inventory management processes and supports the Directors of Operations Fulfillment and Directors of Service Fulfillment within the specified zone to achieve inventory, production and warehouse operational goals and objectives. This position provides input, leadership and guidance to VPs and Directors to influence strategic and operational decisions that affect the functional areas of responsibility (Supply Chain, Inventory and Warehouse Management and Operations) within their specified zone – Central, Southeast, Northeast, or West.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement tools and systems for reporting, tracking, audit, and analysis of inventory related metrics to zone leaders and warehouse personnel. This role is also responsible for continuously monitoring the tools and systems for improvements.
- Establish standards, metrics, and procedures that maximize inventory management efficiency in partnership with Senior Leadership.
- Communicate frequently and consistently with zone leaders and warehouse personnel through Microsoft Teams, Outlook, regular meetings, discussions and on-site visits.
- Implement policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and reduce shrinkage/loss and continuously monitor the policies and procedures for any revisions.
- Communicate with suppliers and local staff to ensure inventory is returned or re-sold.
- Plan, schedule, forecast, and assist with controlling physical inventory operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and prioritize initiatives and develop best practices to optimize inventory utilization.
- Lead and participate in ERP projects to ensure successful implementation/transition of zone warehouses.
- Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform the job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.
- Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.
- Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
- Three (3) years of supply chain/inventory management experience.
- Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and Internet).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with focus on set priorities
- Minimum years of experience required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to think quickly, assess a situation and make a sound decision.
- Ability to concentrate and remain focused while handling multiple tasks, responsibilities, and projects.
