What You’ll Do
You’ll help bring Numotion’s mission and brand to life across digital channels, internal comms, and media platforms. Reporting to the Executive Director of Communications, you’ll play a vital role in crafting engaging content and executing marketing and communication strategies that inspire, inform, and connect.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit compelling written content: newsletters, social media, press releases, internal communications, FAQs, bios, advertisements, and more.
- Coordinate messaging across platforms, maintain editorial calendars, and manage distribution schedules.
- Support media relations and PR initiatives, identifying opportunities to promote Numotion’s mission.
- Produce and publish multimedia content (especially video and email campaigns) to drive engagement.
- Manage and monitor social media channels, creating content that boosts visibility and strengthens online presence.
- Attend occasional in-person events to capture live content (some evenings/weekends).
- Support website updates and content uploads via CMS (e.g., WordPress).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align marketing projects with company goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years of experience in marketing or communications
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Proficiency with social media platforms, video editing tools, and email marketing systems
- Comfortable working with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred) and Microsoft Office suite
- Highly organized, self-directed, and deadline-driven
- A valid driver’s license (for occasional travel)
- Experience with SEO best practices
- Graphic design or motion graphic skills
