The Associate MSAM role is a developmental role that produces revenue and supports existing business within the territory while creating new opportunities within the urological product line. This role will build and maintain customer relationships to drive revenue through urological product line and other adjunct products while learning to develop and implement strategic sales plans.

Job Purpose
The Associate MSAM role is a developmental role that produces revenue and supports existing business within the territory while creating new opportunities within the urological product line. This role will build and maintain customer relationships to drive revenue through urological product line and other adjunct products while learning to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains business relationships with potential customers in the Urologic landscape in lower quintile accounts and secondary call points.
- Provides ongoing support to the customer by following up on their inquiries and needs.
- Implements sales routing and messaging to meet revenue goals
- Maintains current and accurate records of sales activities and territory planning.
- Supports existing MSAM business within the territory by collecting documentation, helping with sample drops, and pushing orders to ship.
- Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform the job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.
- Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.
- Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.
Required Qualifications, Skills, And Experience
- Associate’s degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience will be considered.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service/facing experience
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- One year of experience in outside referral-based sales – Urology field a plus.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide a consultative sales approach
- Results-oriented and self-directed with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
- Ability to develop and execute multiple business priorities and approaches to meet objectives.
- Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills both internally and externally with customers.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address all levels within the organization.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
