We are looking for an experienced ALIP QA Tester with strong expertise in life insurance domain and ALIP platform. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality delivery of insurance solutions through manual & automation testing across the policy lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Design & execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios for ALIP applications
✔ Perform functional, regression, integration, system & UAT testing
✔ Validate end-to-end policy lifecycle (policy, billing, claims, underwriting, commissions)
✔ Ensure data accuracy across systems and workflows
✔ Collaborate with BA’s, developers, and stakeholders for quality delivery

Automation & Technical Skills:
Strong experience in Automation Testing (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
Hands-on with API Testing (REST/SOAP)
Experience integrating tests with CI/CD pipelines
Strong SQL skills for data validation & backend testing

ALIP & Domain Expertise (Must Have):
Deep understanding of ALIP architecture, configuration & integrations
Experience with policy lifecycle events, endorsements, renewals, migrations
Strong knowledge of Life & Annuity Insurance (Underwriting, Claims, Billing, Reinsurance)
Experience validating regulatory & compliance requirements
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
