Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex code under the guidance of senior developers.
- Assist in building user-friendly, responsive Salesforce UI components.
- Support day-to-day administration tasks including user management, security settings, page layouts, and reports.
- Work on Salesforce configuration including Flows, Validation Rules, and Custom Objects.
- Participate in agile development sprints, code reviews, and standups.
- Debug and resolve platform-related issues with supervision.
- Document technical specifications, components, and release notes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions.
Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required.
- 2 years of experience working with the Salesforce platform.
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and basic Apex.
- Familiarity with Salesforce standard objects and custom object configurations.
- Understanding of basic Salesforce security, sharing rules, and data access models.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Salesforce development lifecycle and deployment tools (e.g., Change Sets, VS Code, Git).
