This is a remote position.We’re looking for a mid-level ERP Project Manager to support ERP implementation and improvement projects within a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on project planning, task tracking, timelines, meetings, and coordination—not deep technical configuration.What You’ll Do:Lead day-to-day coordination of ERP project activitiesMaintain project plans, schedules, and timelinesTrack tasks, issues, and tickets to ensure steady progressFacilitate meetings, document action items, and manage communicationCollaborate with functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholdersSupport change management and go-live readinessWhat You Bring:5 years in Project Management or similar roleExperience managing ERP projects in manufacturingFamiliarity with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, Infor, SAP, NetSuite, Plex, SYSPRO, Dynamics 365, QAD)Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to keep cross-functional teams aligned and on scheduleNice to Have:Experience in MTO/ETO environmentsIndustry exposure: industrial equipment, aerospace, medical device, etc.If you’re highly organized, great at keeping projects moving, and comfortable supporting ERP initiatives, we’d love to connect!
