Minimum Qualifications
- Basic Math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)
- Entry Level Data Entry Skills
- Entry Level Word Processing Skills
- Entry Level clerical duties, mailings, etc...

Job Duties
- This position includes answering phones, retrieving incoming mail, and entering data into multiple systems. Independent performance of varied duties is required, which involves moderate decision-making.
- Each location can require having face-to-face conversations with customers in addition to the information that is listed above.
- The use of a personal computer for reviewing cases and answering questions is an integral part of this position.
- The work is performed in accordance with well-defined objectives, policies, and procedures, but detailed instructions are given for new or difficult assignments.
