Duties
- Assist with cleaning and sanitation of dining areas, kitchen spaces, and service stations to uphold health standards
- Set up tables with appropriate tableware, linens, and condiments, ensuring a polished presentation for guests
- Support bussing duties by clearing used dishes and resetting tables efficiently for new guests
- Handle manual lifting of supplies, equipment, and food items following safe lifting practices to prevent injury
- Support food service operations by delivering orders to tables and assisting servers as needed
- Maintain internal communication with team members to coordinate service flow smoothly
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation protocols at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with knowledge of hospitality standards
- Strong understanding of cleaning, sanitation, and safe handling procedures within the food industry
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and interact with guests
