Centralized Scheduler
Position Description:
We are looking for a Centralized Scheduler to join our Team!
The daily responsibilities of the Centralized Scheduler will include gathering new patient information and scheduling new patient appointments for all Nulton Diagnostic & Treatment Center Outpatient offices. The Centralized Scheduler will also perform the following duties:
- Answer multi-line telephone
- Schedule appointments
- Computer entry
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Education, Experience, Skills, Training:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
The successful applicant must possess excellent communications skills and have at least one-year experience working in an office setting. Must be able to obtain Act 33, Act 34 and FBI clearances.
This is a full-time position with medical, dental and vision benefits, as well as, 401(k) Retirement Plan with matching company contributions, paid vacation and paid holidays.
