What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Operations Coordinator / EA to Founders position at Nulife Power Services?
Who We Are
We are a fast-growing renewable energy advisory firm specializing in commercial solar repowering and decommissioning. We are scaling nationally, and our Founders need a high-energy "Right Hand" to own the internal engine of the company.
This isn't an "administrative" role—it’s a Force Multiplier role. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution. You will be the "Command Center" for the leadership team, ensuring that as we scale, our internal systems, partner relations, and field operations remain bulletproof.
Who You Are
- The Tech-Native: You don't just "use" software; you master it. You are already leveraging AI (ChatGPT, Claude) and automation (Zapier) to move faster than everyone else.
- The Switcher: You have the polish to handle high-stakes email arbitrage for the Founder's, but the meticulous nature to support our VP of Internal Ops with treasury, compliance, and payroll (QuickBooks).
- The Inbox Architect: You can ghostwrite professional correspondence so seamlessly that our partners never know it wasn't the Founder.
- The Inland Empire Local: You are tired of the LA/OC commute and want to build a world-class career right here in Rancho Cucamonga.
What You’ll Own
- Founder Freedom: Own the Founder’s inbox and calendar—prioritizing, drafting, and executing 80% of communication.
- Internal Ops & Compliance: Partner with our VP of Internal Ops to manage treasury, insurance premiums, DMV pulls, and ISN renewals.
- The CRM "Source of Truth": Manage partner and referral relations, ensuring no lead or "thank you" note ever falls through the cracks.
- Documentation & SOPs: Build and maintain the "Company Bible." You organize the chaos of a fast-growing firm into scalable systems.
- Field Ops Liaison: Act as the administrative home base for our field teams, ensuring they have the documentation and support needed for site success.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in high-growth Operations, Executive Support, or Project Management.
- "Super Polished" verbal and written communication skills.
- High proficiency in Google Workspace, CRMs, and QuickBooks.
- A "Figure It Out" attitude—you thrive when there is no manual, and you take pride in writing it.
The "Why"
You will be the "Right Hand" to a leadership team that values integrity, speed, and innovation. This role is a direct path to a Director of Internal Operations position as we continue our national expansion.
