About the Role:
Nulife Behavioral Health is seeking a detail-oriented Payment Poster to join our billing team. This role focuses on monitoring incoming insurance payments, ensuring nothing is missed, accurately posting payments, and making necessary payment adjustments across multiple insurance companies and states.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor incoming insurance payments daily to ensure timely receipt
- Identify, track, and flag any missing or delayed payments
- Accurately post payments from various insurance companies
- Make payment adjustments as needed (underpayments, overpayments, reversals, etc.)
- Maintain organized and up-to-date payment and adjustment records
- Communicate any discrepancies or issues to the billing team
Qualifications:
- Experience with medical or behavioral health billing/payment posting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable with billing systems and insurance portals
- Ability to make accurate payment adjustments
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
