Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of skincare services including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, eyelash extensions, and body waxing with precision and care
- Conduct esthetic treatments safely and effectively, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction
- Assist clients with product recommendations and retail sales to support their skincare goals
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in all treatments to ensure client safety
- Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, update client records, and manage daily operations
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively to client needs and offering personalized solutions
- Stay informed about the latest trends and techniques in esthetics to continually enhance your expertise
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales within a beauty or wellness environment
- Proficiency in esthetic laser treatment and facials
- Familiarity with salon management software
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures in aesthetic treatments
- Ability to perform skin analysis and recommend appropriate skincare routines or products
- Certification or licensing in esthetics required; additional certifications in specialized treatments are a plus
