Job Summary:
As a Server at Nukha, you are the face of the restaurant and a key part of each guest’s experience. You’ll be responsible for providing attentive, knowledgeable, and courteous service from the moment guests are seated until their departure.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and build rapport quickly
- Present menu and explain items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring a clean and organized table setting
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and respond to additional requests
- Present checks and process payments promptly and accurately
Qualifications:
- Previous server experience in a full-service restaurant is highly preferred
- Must be 21 years or older
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
