Role Overview
Evaluation Managers on the Presales Engineering team at Nuix plays a pivotal role in advancing sales opportunities by leading the evaluation of Nuix technology for new clients and clients who are onboarding to Nuix Neo for the first time. Evaluation Managers align with client priorities, understanding their existing skillset, and have a deep technical understanding of Nuix products and services. This position involves collaborating with sales teams and clients to plan the evaluation process, configuring an environment to fit the client’s requirements, and working with users to confirm that the platform will deliver meaningful new value to their day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a deep understanding of eDiscovery and data forensics processes, and proficiency in utilizing tools such as Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence to track project activity, deliverables, and outcomes.
Location:
This position will be based in our Reston office. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or from the Reston office for the remaining days of the week.

Key Responsibilities
Plan Evaluations
- Review Deal Summaries and coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on requirements, delivery strategy, and testing requirements
- Supporting Sales in the development of Evaluation Plans, including outlining tasks, timelines, outcomes, deliverables and resource requirements.
- Identify potential roadblocks, and coordinate with SME, product, and Sales to resolve the issue
- Documenting delivery requirements to inform Delivery SOWs
- Configure Nuix hosted environments, including Nuix Neo and Nuix Discover, to align with specific evaluation requirements
- Review and revise standard onboarding material and testing scenarios to ensure they align with evaluation requirements
- Run onboarding sessions for users at different roles and different levels of expertise
- Lead an engaging experience that builds trust and comfort over the course of 2-4 hours
- Leverage Nuix Neo Dashboards to track utilization and achievement of testing requirements
- Utilize Salesforce, Office productivity suite, Jira, and Confluence to track project progress
- Coordinate scheduling of client check-ins, the development of deliverables, and official acceptance of testing requirements
- Support Sales in documenting expected impact and use cases
- Support Sales in documenting and communicating requirements, roles, skillset, and constraints in Delivery Handoff
- Work with Nuix Professional Services and Solutions Consultant teams to anticipate client’s delivery priorities and schedules
- When appropriate, support client onboarding by showcasing Nuix Neo Solution to client teams planning their adoption journey
- Experience in Project Management, eDiscovery, Data Processing, Legal
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the eDiscovery or
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Familiarity with the Nuix family of products strongly preferred.
- Strong storytelling and technical consulting background
- Strong process, documentation, and project management skillset
- Experience in the legal or information technology industries.
- Familiarity with eDiscovery tools and processes.
