Overnight Manager Scan/Ship (On-Site)

POST CLOSING MANAGER- M-F  9P-530A

Responsibilities typically include:

· Providing leadership and direction to Post Closing teams, including team leads and staff

· Ensure timely and accurate processing, recording and distribution of closing documents, such as mortgages and title policies

· Collaborating with internal departments (closing, compliance, disbursement) and external stakeholders (lenders, county offices, etc.) to ensure Post Closing Operations comply with regulatory requirements

· Managing escalations of complex post-closing issues, ensuring resolution in a timely manner

Essential Duties

· Communicate & Enforce policies and procedures to their teams

· Provide 1-on-1 training to the team leads, as Needed

· Manage time off for direct reports

· Act as a leader within the company
