nuGLO Medical Aesthetics is a luxury boutique med spa in Belmont, NC (Charlotte market), specializing in science-led, natural-looking results. We seek an experienced Aesthetic Injector passionate about facial aesthetics, patient safety, and long-term relationships. This role requires a refined aesthetic eye and strong consultation skills.
What You'll Do
● Conduct comprehensive consultations, facial assessments, and treatment planning.
● Perform cosmetic injectable treatments (neurotoxins, dermal fillers).
● Educate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
● Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant charting (EMR) and clinical photography.
● Uphold patient safety, infection control, and NC scope-of-practice requirements.
● Contribute to an exceptional patient experience.
What We're Looking For
● Active North Carolina RN, NP, or PA license in good standing.
● Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience.
● Proficiency with neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin) and dermal fillers (Juvederm/Restylane).
● Strong consultation skills and an ethical, patient-first approach.
● Aesthetic philosophy focused on natural, tasteful results.
● Professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and comfort with detailed digital charting.
● Reliable, self-directed, and eager to grow with a boutique practice.
Preferred Qualifications
● Existing patient following or strong local network in the Charlotte/Belmont market.
● Experience with photography, social media content, or personal brand-building.
● Professional portfolio or social media showcasing work.
