Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or equivalent standards.
- Proficiency in quality control tools and methodologies, including statistical process control and root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate across departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
