How can you grow with Nufarm?
Based in Morrisville, NC, Nufarm is looking for a dynamic and experienced Regulatory Specialist to assist Federal Registration Managers with updating EPA Master Labels per EPA and company-initiated requests. Update Confidential Formulations per Manufacturing and Formulation Team requests, including alternate sourcing and inert ingredient changes. Upload submissions into EPA’s CDX system. Process Offer to Pay letters and provide information to manager. Assist the State Registration Manager with State Renewal process. Generate reports and maintain file organization of Federal and State files. Attend relevant Trade Group and internal meetings and take notes on behalf of Nufarm Regulatory. Compile Monthly Reports on projects and share with upper management.
What will you be doing?
Nufarm is looking for an excellent communicator and valuable team player. The ideal candidate will have a college degree in life sciences or agriculture related field and 3 to 10 years’ experience or more in product registrations and compliance. The right candidate will have knowledge of EPA and FIFRA registration process and requirements.

Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary for this position ranges from $59,900 per year in our lowest geographic market to $93,400 per year in our highest geographic market. Compensation is determined by several factors, including market location, and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Nufarm, we believe in total compensation. Depending on the position, additional forms of compensation may be included as part of a comprehensive package, alongside a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.

- Assist in the management of State regulatory activities for Nufarm active ingredients, products and business segments.
- Maintain file organization of Federal and State files.
- Attend relevant Trade Group and internal meetings and take notes on behalf of Nufarm Regulatory.
- Monthly compilation and reporting of US Regulatory activity.
