Regulatory Specialist

As a Regulatory Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our U.S. regulatory efforts. You’ll work across teams and with external partners to ensure our products meet federal and state requirements—helping us deliver safe, effective solutions to growers nationwide.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the State Registration Manager with new registrations, renewals, and revised label submissions
- Support Federal Registration Managers with EPA Master Label updates and company-initiated changes
- Upload submissions into EPAs system
- Generate reports and maintain organized Federal and State regulatory files
- Attend trade group and internal meetings, representing Nufarm and capturing key insights
- Compile and share monthly reports on regulatory projects with leadership
- Partner with internal teams to ensure compliance and timely responses to regulatory requirements
- Degree in life sciences or agriculture-related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- 3–10 years’ experience in product registrations and compliance (preferred)
- Familiarity with State EPA, Federal EPA, and FIFRA processes
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset
