Nufarm Americas Inc. is seeking a Manager, Product & Financial Insights – Canada for its offices in Alsip, IL

Job Description

• Oversee demand plans and monitor inventory levels to ensure harmony with long term Marketing plans,
  
  

sales strategies, annual forecasts, annual demand and phasing, inventory requirements and safety stock.

• Conduct net price uploads to Demantra and verify that demand plans are accurate.
• Coordinate with Production Planners to ensure on time inventory delivery and monitor for upside /
  
  

downside potential in a timely manner to allow for proper production actions.

• Building financial plans and forecasts for the Canadian sales and margin for product lines.
• Providing strategic financial guidance related to the Canadian business.
• Eligible for part-time telecommuting.
  
  

Domestic and international travel required up to 10% of the time

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent* in the arts or sciences, plus three (3) years of business experience in an Agribusiness Manufacturing/Operations environment. Domestic and international travel required up to 10% of the time.

Experience Must Include

• Three (3) years of experience in People Management/Directing others.
• Three (3) years of experience in Business Analytics.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Demand and Supply planning.
• Any combination of education evaluated by a reputable credentials evaluation service to be the equivalent of an U.S. degree will be accepted
