You’ll Bring
Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary for this position ranges from $ 166,500 per year in our lowest geographic market to $ 244,200 per year in our highest geographic market. Compensation is determined by several factors, including market location, and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Nufarm, we believe in total compensation. Depending on the position, additional forms of compensation may be included as part of a comprehensive package, alongside a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits

How You’ll Help Us Grow
- Define and lead the North American procurement strategy in line with global procurement and regional operational objectives
- Drive transformation through creativity, innovation and professional procurement practices
- Oversee all categories of spend, ensuring strong governance, compliance and risk management
- Develop and embed category management and supplier relationship management approaches to maximise value
- Strengthen supply continuity through proactive risk management and full participation in IBP processes
- Build a capable, high-performing procurement organisation through clear role definition and structured development programs
- Leverage spends analytics and procurement data to deliver year-on-year value improvement
- Foster strong, transparent relationships with senior stakeholders across the business
- Champion continuous improvement across systems, processes and ways of working
We’re looking for a commercially astute procurement leader with deep experience in the chemicals sector and a proven track record of leading teams and driving change in complex, global environments.
You’ll Bring
- A bachelor’s degree (MBA desirable)
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in chemical procurement
- Experience working within a multinational, matrix organisation
- Strong understanding of global sourcing, category management and professional purchasing practices
- Proven people leadership capability, with experience leading and developing teams
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, procurement technologies and business reporting
- Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to turn strategy into execution
