Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary for this position ranges from $149,850 per year in our lowest geographic market to $212,400 per year in our highest geographic market. Compensation is determined by several factors, including market location, and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.At Nufarm, we believe in total compensation. Depending on the position, additional forms of compensation may be included as part of a comprehensive package, alongside a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits

How You’ll Help Us Grow
- Champion personal and process safety programs to achieve an incident-free workplace
- Oversee environmental compliance, permitting, and sustainability initiatives, including ISO14000 certification
- Lead occupational health and industrial hygiene programs aligned with OSHA standards
- Drive risk management reviews and implement corrective actions to reduce operational risk
- Embed Process Safety Management (PSM) into our culture and exceed compliance standards
- Inspire creativity in safety training and cultural change programs across all business functions
You’re a proactive, innovative leader with strong influencing skills and a passion for safety and sustainability. You thrive in complex environments and are motivated by continuous improvement.
You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, or related field
- 15 years’ experience leading HSE programs, including 5 years in people leadership
- Expertise in OSHA PSM, EPA permitting, and industrial hygiene
- Strong track record in emergency response and root cause analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Bonus: ISO14000 experience, sustainability programs, and project management certifications
