What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Client Service Representative/Receptionist position at Nuevo Road Animal Hospital?
Responsibilities:
· Ensuring a positive and professional client service experience
· Triage patient needs to appropriate staff
· Managing client inquiries via phone, email, online, or in person.
· Client check in and out; processing payments, presenting and explaining fees,
· Maintaining client records; review for accuracy
· Scheduling and confirming appointments
· Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various administrative tasks
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, restrooms and exam rooms
· Expediting serious issues to management in a timely manner
· Other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
· 3 years of Veterinary experience required
· Exceptional ability in providing professional, efficient, and friendly client services.
· Ability to coordinate with other departments
· Excellent interpersonal and recordkeeping skills
· Compassion for pets and people
· Proficiency in Veterinary Management Software (NEO, VIA)
