We’re hiring a Client Success / Account Manager to support and grow relationships with schools and educators using Nucleus programs.
In this role, you’ll help onboard and train teachers, provide ongoing support to clients, and ensure schools are successful using our platform and curriculum.
This is a fully remote position ideal for someone who loves working with people, is highly organized and proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Manage and support a portfolio of school and district accounts
- Build strong relationships with educators and administrators
- Lead onboarding, training, and implementation support
- Troubleshoot issues and drive successful classroom adoption
- Coordinate day-to-day account management and operational tasks
- Help improve client retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships
- 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or another client-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset
- Self-starter who works well independently
- Excited to grow with a fast-moving company and contribute beyond your role
- $50,000–$60,000 base salary
- Performance bonus up to $10,000 (OTE: $60k–$70k)
