Key Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a home setting
  • Perform comprehensive assessments and nursing interventions
  • Administer medications and treatments per standards of care
  • Develop, implement, and update Plans of Care based on physician orders
  • Accurately document patient status, education, and outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and care teams
  • Supervise LVNs/LPNs, HHAs, and family caregivers as applicable
  • Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and on-call rotation

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (home health preferred)
  • Current New Mexico RN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license with proof of auto liability insurance
