Overview
As a Regional Resource Pool Nurse, you will support patients both locally (within 100 miles of your home) and on extended assignments (100 miles away). You will provide one-on-one care in the home, working various shift lengths (4, 8, or 12 hours) including day and overnight shifts. You’ll be an essential part of our regional response team, stepping in where support is needed to uphold our promise of dependable, compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting
- Be available for assignments up to 8 hours from your home address
- Be able to travel and arrive at assigned locations before scheduled shift start times
- Be willing to work varying shift lengths and overnights, based on patient needs
- Complete all required training and annual education modules
- Adhere to all NCP clinical, safety, and compliance standards
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, local teams, and travel support
- Be adaptable to schedule changes and location reassignments if patient needs change

- Current CPR certification

- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
