What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sous Chef position at Nucky's Speakeasy?
Our new elegant restaurant and speakeasy which began in 2020 is looking to expand our menu as well as our in-house catering. We are seeking a passionate, skilled Sous chef to create delicious meals for our patrons that will get them talking to their families, friends, and neighbors, drawing them back many times for years to come.
Responsibilities :
- We seek an experienced Sous Chef who will collaborate with our current excellent kitchen staff and enthusiastic servers while meeting the highest quality standards for a fine dining experience as well as a fun, relaxed, authentic speakeasy encounter.
- Being an excellent leader with impeccable time management skills as well as organizational skills will ensure success in our duo enterprises.
- Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served promptly.
- Coordinating kitchen staff, and assisting them as required.
Requirements :
We are open Wednesdays-Saturdays with seating starting at 4 : 30 pm.

Salary : $18 - $20
