Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing and toileting
- Meal preparations and cooking
- Medication reminders
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Help patients with mobility exercises
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of patients
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Documenting tasks completed and time in and out
