NuCara Home Medical, one of Iowa's leading providers of respiratory and home medical equipment, is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for our Creston, IA location. Part-time to full-time hours wanted.
Successful candidates must possess exceptional customer service skills, computer skills, and organizational skills. Previous experience with home medical or respiratory equipment is a plus.
This position is responsible for set up and ongoing care for our CPAP/Bi-PAP, NIV, and home oxygen patients. Other responsibilities include answering phones, verifying insurance, ordering products, performing equipment set ups in store and client's home, communication with healthcare professionals. When not working with our respiratory patients, work with other DME is required. Valid driver's license, drug test and criminal background check required. Some on-call responsibility is required.
