Job Responsibilities:

• Understand and implement dealership sales process
• Manage internet leads in a timely manner in order to generate appointments
• Set appointments for potential customers to meet with Sales Associates
• Establish relationships with clients, following up via email, text, and phone calls
• Contribute to the success of dealership by working professionally with a positive attitude
• Collect information and document in the CRM to complete the contact
• Assist customers in vehicle selection
• Work in a team driven environment to meet goals and monthly targets

Qualifications:

• Must have drive, passion and confidence to be successful
• Strong computer skills
• Strong verbal communication skills and phone etiquette required
• Prior Automotive BDC is a Plus
• Previous experience using a CRM to manage customer leads is a Plus
• Reliable Transportation to work
• Self-starter and self-motivator
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Excellent writing and typing skills
• Valid Drivers license
• Bilingual is a Plus
