Nucar Connection has a rare opportunity for the right candidate to join our sales department at our New Castle, Delaware location as a Sales Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with automotive experience to further their career with one of the area's leading dealerships.
Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000 per year.
Your Responsibilities:
Be a pro-active, respectful, and driven leader & provide focus for your Sales team.
Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process.
Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
Utilize CRM and manage leads daily.
Help manage the productivity of the sales department.
Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth.
Your Qualifications:
Dealership management experience required.
Must be interested in training additional sales associates and working within a team environment.
Must be enthusiastic, assertive, and sociable with high energy throughout the sales workday.
The ideal candidate will have background in:
Desking & Closing Deals
VinSolutions(CRM)
Reynolds & Reynolds
Clean driving record.
