Automotive Sales Associate
Location: Lehigh Valley, PA
We are seeking an optimistic, energetic, and driven Sales Associate. This is a great opportunity to become a part of one of the largest dealerships, in sales, in Delaware. Our Sales Team sells with a consultative approach and is committed to creating a great buying AND ownership experience for our clientele. Our Management Team provides top-level training and support. Auto experience is preferred but not necessary, training will be provided to the right individual.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
- Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs
- Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications
- Provide our customers with top notch service and professionalism throughout the sales process to ensure repeat and referral business
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the products and services we offer
REQUIREMENTS:
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections
- Quality customer service skills
- Good sales track record
- Highly effect verbal and written communication skills
- Persistent, competitive and have a good work ethic
- Focus on the customer's needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
- Computer literate and have basic math skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Valid driver's license along with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
Salary : $50,000 - $100,000
