We are seeking an optimistic, energetic, and driven Sales Associate. This is a great opportunity to become a part of one of the largest dealerships, in sales, in Pennsylvania. Our Sales Team sells with a consultative approach and is committed to creating a great buying AND ownership experience for our clientele. Our Management Team provides top-level training and support. Auto experience is preferred but not necessary, training will be provided to the right individual.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
• Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs
• Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications
• Provide our customers with top notch service and professionalism throughout the sales process to ensure repeat and referral business
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about the products and services we offer

REQUIREMENTS:

• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections
• Quality customer service skills
• Good sales track record
• Highly effect verbal and written communication skills
• Persistent, competitive and have a good work ethic
• Focus on the customer's needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
• Computer literate and have basic math skills
• Excellent listening skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Valid driver's license along with a clean driving record
• Ability to obtain a PA Sales License
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check

Salary : $50,000 - $100,000
