Nucar Parts Warehouse in Norwood, MA is currently looking for an Inside Sales Rep to join our fast-paced sales team.

We expect the ideal candidate to embody DCD Automotive/Nucar's strong commitment to customer satisfaction which has permitted DCD Automotive/Nucar to become recognized as a professional leader in automotive sales and service. Responsibilities

• Promptly and professionally answer inbound calls with the goal of providing an exceptional client experience
• Being punctual to work and when returning from lunch and break with a full adherence to set schedule.
  
  

Education And Skill Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience
• Computer proficiency
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
• Sales/Parts experience preferred
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients
