We are looking for a Culinary Arts Bilingual Adjunct Instructor.
The Culinary Arts Program provides students with the skills and knowledge needed to obtain an entry-level position in the field. Students will gain hands-on experience with sauces, meats, and baked goods. In addition, they will learn about kitchen safety and sanitation techniques to ensure food safety. Finally, they will cover management and supervision in the food service industry. Available via hybrid delivery method at the Kissimmee campus. Also available in Spanish and at the Kissimmee campus.
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed Associate Degree in Culinary Arts and/or Baking Pastry.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (written, read, and verbal).
- At least 5 years of Industry experience.
- Prior college-level teaching experience.
- Industry or academic certifications/license (Serve Safe).
- All positions require exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and Adobe, familiarity with information systems, availability to deliver the course using diverse resources, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
