Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet visitors/clients (Registration/Parking/Escort)
  • Independently plan and execute internal team-building events for the office
  • Physical security (Guard monitor & Alarm testing)
  • Maintain Office Supplies
  • Food/drink orders
  • Handles shipment
  • Support On/off-boarding
  • Answering phone calls as needed

Qualifications:

  • 7 - 10 years of similar experience in the bay area tech industry
  • English fluency required
  • Microsoft Office
  • Strong Communication
  • Possess a positive and welcoming attitude
  • Enthusiastic towards new challenges

Education:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $57.00 per hour
