Reports To:
The Social Media Coordinator (CA) will report directly to the Social Media and Marketing Manager, for all social media needs. They will also report to the Office Manager for all office needs. They will also work closely with and under the direction of the CEO and COO.
Job Overview:
The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for NuBella Med Spa’s presence on all social media platforms (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Creating a consistent, professional, and educational media feed. Developing and maintaining professional relationships with our patients and followers virtually. Success in this position requires a commitment to regular filming of NuBella Med Spa’s procedures and staff members, consistent posting to social media platforms, responding to comments and questions within these platforms, and ensuring that we maintain a professional aesthetic medical community.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Films procedures and staff throughout the workday.
- Takes before and after photos of every patient.
- Obtains patient consent for photography and filming.
- Creates a constant cycle on Story for their assigned media platforms of procedures and announcements.
- Preplans content for social media platforms.
- Prompts injectors on filming or educational ideas.
- Creates a visually appealing and consistent social media presence.
- Uses proper grammar and spelling in all captions.
- Has all captions proofread by the Director of Social Media prior to posting.
Responds to all follower’s comments and questions with a professional tone, including proper grammar and spelling.
- Checks in with the Director of Social Media (or secondarily, CEO or COO) for the need of any announcements or updates.
- Uploads all patient photos to their labeled folder by end of day.
- Shares all filming and before and after photos to shared folders with the Director of Social Media (organized by injector) by end of day.
- Follows the content calendar in advance and provides the needed material for posting.
- Maintains awareness of the patient schedule for the day and organizes the day off of the planned procedures - makes sure that they are aware of when patients are in the office and takes photos before numbing.
- Participates in weekly update call with Social Media Director.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Ability to create high quality photos and videos
- Experience and comfort with social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
- Ability to use Canva
- Professional and positive attitude
- Comfortable working in large groups and interacting with multiple people of different backgrounds
- Highly organized and adept at multi-tasking
