What You’ll Do
As a Field Service Technician, you will:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Sharp multifunction devices and office equipment
- Connect devices to customer networks and ensure proper functionality
- Deliver exceptional technical support and customer service
- Communicate clearly with customers to ensure satisfaction and trust
- Develop creative solutions for unique or complex issues
- Utilize your mechanical and electrical aptitude in daily repair tasks
- Work with Sharp, Ricoh, HP, and other leading industry brands (experience is a plus)
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of service technician experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
- Customer-focused mindset
- Self-motivated and reliable
