About The Role

We are building the "crypto engine" that will power the future of global finance. At Nubank, we believe crypto isn't just an asset class—it's the next evolution of financial infrastructure. As a Sr. Staff Product Manager (IC8), you will lead the Onchain Financial Services squad and serve as a mentor and strategic anchor for PMs across our Trading and Growth teams.

Your mission is to transition Nubank Crypto from a standalone trading experience into a comprehensive, onchain banking suite. You will be the architect of a world where money moves as freely as information, leading the effort to embed blockchain technology into the core of Nubank’s global services. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will turn complex decentralized protocols into the high-performance, invisible engine that powers the daily financial lives of over 127 million people.

You'll be responsible for

• Defining the "Onchain Banking" Roadmap: Transforming the BU from a trading product into a full financial suite. You will prioritize and launch high-impact products like stablecoin payments, staking (NuPro), and cross-border transfers.
• "Hiding the Crypto": Leading the design of "invisible" blockchain experiences. You will use abstraction to deliver the speed and transparency of decentralized finance without forcing users to manage private keys or understand gas fees.
• Strategic Mentorship: Raising the bar for the entire Crypto BU by mentoring Lead and Senior PMs on product craft, execution velocity, and navigating the complexity of Web3.
• Cross-Functional Evangelism: Acting as a bridge between the Crypto BU and traditional Nu business units (Credit, Cards, Savings) to prove how onchain rails can "Supercharge Nu" by lowering costs and increasing yields.
• Operational Leadership: Managing the day-to-day rituals, OKRs (Engaged Customers, Avg Products/Customer), and long-term roadmap for the Onchain squad in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
  
  

We Are Looking For a Person Who Has

• Expert Level Consumer Fintech Experience: You have spent years building high-scale financial products and understand the nuances of user trust, risk, and global scale.
• Onchain Mastery: Deep, "hands-on" technical fluency in Bitcoin, Stablecoins, DeFi protocols, and L1/L2 scaling solutions. You understand how these technologies can be leveraged as financial "Lego bricks."
• The "Simplifier" Mindset: A proven ability to take highly technical, jargon-heavy concepts and translate them into intuitive, human-centric consumer experiences.
• Regulatory Navigational Skills: Experience working with legal/compliance teams on complex frameworks like the Travel Rule and global KYC/AML standards for onchain assets.
