The ideal candidate will have experience in federal proposal writing, IT services documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with delivery, growth, and solutions teams.

Key Responsibilities
Proposal & Capture Support
- Develop and edit RFP/RFQ/RFI responses to ensure compliance with solicitation requirements
- Collaborate with the Growth, Solutions, and Delivery teams to gather technical input
- Translate technical solutions into clear, compelling, and customer-focused narratives.
- Support development of:
- Technical volumes
- Management approaches
- Staffing plans
- Past performance write-ups
- Ensure alignment with evaluation criteria and scoring factors
- Create and maintain:
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Process documentation
- Support process improvement initiatives by documenting workflows and best practices.
- Maintain centralized documentation repositories
- Develop:
- Capability statements
- White papers
- Case studies
- Standardize reusable content libraries for future proposals
- Ensure all documentation:
- Meets federal compliance standards
- Aligns with branding and messaging guidelines
- Is clear, concise, and error-free
- Conduct peer reviews and final quality checks on proposal submissions
- Work closely with:
- Capture Managers
- Proposal Managers
- SMEs (technical functional)
- Recruiting & Delivery teams
- Participate in color team reviews (Pink, Red, Gold)
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in federal proposal writing or GovCon environment
- Strong understanding of:
- Federal procurement lifecycle
- RFP structures (Sections L, M, PWS/SOW)
- Experience with:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Proposal tools (SharePoint, Teams, or proposal platforms)
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in fast-paced proposal cycles
- APMP certification (or working toward it)
