Job Summary:
The Director of Program Operations serves as the operational leader responsible for coordinating execution across the company. This role leads the PMO, manages contract transitions, oversees corporate operational support functions, and ensures business activities are aligned across Delivery, Contracts, Finance, HR, Recruiting, IT, and Administration.
The Director leads a team and serves as the central point of coordination for operational priorities, readiness activities, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Summary:
The Director of Program Operations serves as the operational leader responsible for coordinating execution across the company. This role leads the PMO, manages contract transitions, oversees corporate operational support functions, and ensures business activities are aligned across Delivery, Contracts, Finance, HR, Recruiting, IT, and Administration.
The Director leads a team and serves as the central point of coordination for operational priorities, readiness activities, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
PMO & Business Operations
- Lead the company's PMO and operational governance processes.
- Coordinate monthly Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
- Coordinate activities across business functions to support company objectives.
- Manage executive reporting, dashboards, action tracking, and operational reviews.
- Identify and resolve operational risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Lead the transition of new contract awards and major program expansions.
- Coordinate staffing, onboarding, contract setup, financial setup, and operational readiness activities.
- Maintain transition plans, schedules, and readiness reviews.
- Drive accountability for transition milestones and successful program startup.
- Monitor staffing needs, vacancies, recruiting priorities, and onboarding progress.
- Support workforce planning and resource management initiatives.
- Escalate risks impacting program execution or revenue recognition.
- Oversee corporate IT support, administrative services, licensing, equipment, and office operations.
- Support employee onboarding, system access, and internal operational processes.
- Coordinate corporate events, communications, and administrative activities.
- Supervise PMO, operations, administrative, and support personnel.
- Develop team members and establish performance expectations.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of operations, PMO, program management, or business management experience.
- 3 years leading teams and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in federal contracting environments preferred.
