Responsibilities
- Take direction from the lead carpenter.
- Complete assigned projects.
- Complete tasks and projects on your own.
- Give direction to the apprentice carpenters.
- Clean up job and put away supplies at the end of the day.
- Ability to take direction.
- Willingness to learn. Observe the process and look for ways to help the crew while learning the trade.
- Stay one step ahead of the lead carpenters as you look for ways to make their job more efficient.
- Be able to lift 100 pounds.
- Must demonstrate carpentry skills with proven past experience.
- Attention to detail, cleanliness and quality craftsmanship.
- Strong work ethic.
