Nu World Title, LLC is a full-service title company providing superior real estate title services throughout Florida, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Texas and North Carolina. We are seeking a detailed oriented intake coordinator to join our team at our headquarters in Doral!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in visitors, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
- open new files
-send welcome correspondence
-maintain log of files received per day
-receive and process rentals
- Receive deliveries and mail, and sort same
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Experience:
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
