Sales Account Manager

The Sales account manager's primary job is making sales and obtaining orders or contracts for services provided by Nu Way Concrete Forms, Inc. The account manager customarily and regularly travels to prospective customer's facilities and work sites to solicit sales and service.

Examples of Account Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to make effective presentations to a variety of audiences, including potential new and current concrete construction contractors and other customers.
• Network with and market the company's services to various contractor associations in an effort to obtain additional business.
• Correspond with the prospective customer by mail, or telephone but an in-person meeting with the customer at their facility and/or worksite is required in nearly all instances.
• Create and process sale orders and be knowledgeable about all credit returns, procedures, and policies.
• Negotiate with customers to resolve customer concerns, and take actions needed to resolve customer disputes and meet customer needs.
• Create sales and obtain orders or contracts for services.

Account Manager Requirements:

• Possess a valid drivers license
• Working knowledge of residential and commercial concrete construction equipment and supplies.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong customer orientation
• Ability to negotiate with customers to resolve customer concerns and take actions needed to resolve customer disputes and meet customer needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
