Transportation Driver
Job Summary
Nu Roc Health and Rehabilitation Center in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate and reliable Transportation Driver to transport our patients to and from appointments, as well as pick up patients discharged from the hospital and other outings as needed. This part-time to casual to part-time position is based on facility need and offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities
Transport patients to and from appointments, hospital discharges, and other outings as needed
Ensure safe and timely transportation of patients, prioritizing their comfort and well-being
Maintain accurate records of patient transportation and communicate with the healthcare team as needed
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
Requirements
Clean driving record in the state of WI
Wisconsin driver's license
Preferred experience driving a van
CPR certification preferred but not required (facility can provide)
