Primary Responsibilities:
- Work inside pipes, culverts, and junction boxes in varying field conditions
- Assist with pipe rehabilitation using specialized techniques and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and team procedures
- Communicate effectively with crew members, subcontractors, and supervisors
- Support project setup, cleanup, and materials handling
Qualifications:
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and outdoor environments
- Team-oriented, with a positive and adaptable attitude
- Spanish fluency is a strong plus
- Valid driver’s license is preferred but not required
- Prior construction experience is helpful, but not necessary
