Job description:

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused CIPP Boiler Operator to join our trenchless rehabilitation team. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining steam or hot water boiler systems used in the Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) installation process. The ideal candidate has hands-on mechanical experience, understands boiler operations, and can work effectively in a fast-paced field environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor boiler systems for steam or hot water curing of CIPP liners
• Maintain proper temperature and pressure throughout curing cycles
• Inspect, clean, and perform routine maintenance on boiler equipment
• Work closely with the CIPP crew to ensure safe, efficient liner installations
• Follow safety procedures and environmental regulations on job sites
• Travel regularly to project sites, including overnights

Qualifications:

• Prior experience operating high-pressure boilers or steam systems (CIPP experience preferred)
• Understanding of CIPP process and curing cycles
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in outdoor conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75-110k starting with upside around $130k
