Commercial Cleaning Technician – Law Enforcement Facility
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shift: 6:00 AM–12:30 PM or 7:00 AM–1:30 PM
Pay: $19.00 per hour

Nu-Look Cleaning is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Technician to maintain a secure Law Enforcement Facility that supports first responders throughout the region. This position requires someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional cleaning results while working in a professional, security-sensitive environment.
This is not a production cleaning position. We're looking for someone who notices the details, takes ownership of their work, and consistently delivers a clean, sanitary, and professional facility every day.
What You'll Do
- Clean and sanitize offices, conference rooms, hallways, and common areas
- Clean and disinfect restrooms to the highest standards
- Vacuum carpets and mop hard surface floors
- Dust furniture, workstations, ledges, vents, and other surfaces
- Clean interior glass, stainless steel, and high-touch surfaces
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Restock restroom and kitchen supplies
- Maintain kitchens, breakrooms, and employee common areas
- Report maintenance concerns or supply shortages
- Follow detailed cleaning procedures and security protocols
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has exceptional attention to detail
- Takes pride in producing consistently high-quality work
- Is dependable, punctual, and professional
- Works well independently with minimal supervision
- Understands the importance of maintaining a secure government facility
- Communicates professionally with supervisors and facility personnel
- Has commercial cleaning or janitorial experience (preferred but not required)
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive criminal background investigation required for security clearance
- No felony convictions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (Not on Bus Route)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity without direct supervision
