- Provide friendly and professional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries and issues

- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers, gather feedback, or promote new offerings
- Manage data entry tasks accurately within customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other software tools
- Process transactions such as cash handling or billing adjustments with precision and integrity
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for continuous improvement
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse clients in multiple languages if applicable
