About the Role
We are seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Petition Circulators. In this role, you will engage directly with community members in public spaces, events, and neighborhoods to gather signatures for an important petition initiative. This is a face-to-face canvassing position that requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and enthusiasm for connecting with people.
Responsibilities
- Approach and engage members of the public to explain the petition purpose clearly and respectfully
- Collect valid signatures and ensure accuracy of petition forms
- Represent the campaign in a positive, professional manner
- Meet daily/weekly signature goals
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all campaign guidelines and requirements
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with strangers
- Dependable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Prior canvassing, sales, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
