- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages
- Engage with customers by taking orders, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a delightful service experience.
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming space for guests in the cafe area.
- Handle cash register operations and transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage supplies and inventory to keep essential items in stock.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and team members to deliver a cohesive and smooth service to our customers.
- Promptly deliver food and drinks to tables, ensuring accurate and efficient service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, with a preference for those who have worked in a café or restaurant environment.
- Ability to work efficiently and keep pace in a busy setting.
- A positive, customer-first attitude, with a passion for delivering exemplary service.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to learn and prepare a variety of menu items, including smoothies and acai bowls, in addition to coffee and tea.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
